The designer setup and appointment and came by the house to measure and discuss what we were looking for. The process was smooth and there was no pressure whatsoever. A few days later we went by the showroom to review our options and the designs. Then we booked a date for the installers to come by and do their thing. The installers were pleasant, professional, and did their thing with no oversight needed. They cleaned up their mess and weren't loud or unprofessional. The closets look great.

Went great -- they came out and did an assessment, took measurements, talked about concepts, colors, materials, etc. We went down to the shop and looked at designs (multiple to choose from for every space) and looked at exhibits there, materials, etc. We made our choices and we started scheduling. They worked with us on tearing out our existing spaces by lending us rolling racks for our clothes and then scheduled tear-out a week before the installation so we could re-paint the closet spaces. The next Wednesday they came out and did all installation. We had to have one set of doors re-cut in the laundry room and it was no problem. They ordered the re-cut doors, brought them out and installed them. We have more space in all of the areas and thing are very nice.

We picked the areas we wanted done, then went to the store so we could see the various storage systems and how they would interact. We also got to chose colors, type of system, material, etc. We also met with the staff. About a month later, they sent an installation team to our house and installed the various systems we had selected. While there they also helped us with other little problems that were not part of the bundle we purchased. T he result was fabulous and greatly exceeded our expectations! They left the house clean and tidy, and also left some extra hardware.

Sharon came out in May and measured our closet. She worked with our schedules to set up a time to come in a short while afterwards to review the design she had created based on our space. We had some challenges based on our ceiling sloping down in the room on one end. We came into the Chattanooga Closet Company office and reviewed the designs and were thrilled with the suggestions for our space. Sharon helped us pick colors and was very helpful with showing us all that we wanted to see and answering any questions we had. We were happy with the price as well because we thought it was going to be more money. Sharon then worked with us to find an installation time that worked for us as well. Chattanooga Closet Company called a few days in advance to make sure our schedule still worked out for the promised install time. The installer showed up on time and was very professional and worked very hard. He finished the install in a few hours. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations and the finished product looked awesome. Sharon came by the day of install to verify that it was going well and that we were happy. We would definitely use Chattanooga Closet Company again for any closet organization that we needed. They are professional, have good products, good customers service, and good quality craftsmen for installation.

The crew showed up as scheduled. Went out of their way to assure details were completed. Replaced a faulty tie rack that was supposed to lock in place (it kept coming out on its track). The company owner was responsive and flexible to changes in the plan as it was put together. Crew did a good job. Good job installing closet components in two rooms for a total of over 200 square feet. Everyone that has seen the new closet space is impressed. I'm still impressed.

Marlene did a fantastic job. She showed up timely to measure and quickly provided a drawing and proposal. I asked about making some modifications to the original plan she then provided me with a couple of other options. I then chose the one I liked and we scheduled the installation. The installers showed up on time, were very professional and also did a great job. We have a very small laundry room and now my new shelving helps me make the most of the space. It looks spectacular. I'm very very pleased with the results.

It was fantastic! I called Chattanooga Closet Company for an estimate on redesigning our master closet and laundry room as well as creating a home office space in our guest bedroom. They sent a designer to my home that same day. She measured the spaces and I told her everything I needed to have for those spaces to work for me. Within a few days she had designs ready. My husband and I met with her in their showroom to see the designs and look at the materials on display so we could choose the finish and hardware. The designs were great and I was able to work with her on making changes and additions as needed. We opted to have the master closet installed and then do the other areas at a later date. They were able to schedule the install within just a few weeks and the installers finished the job in two days. The installers were very professional and the closet looks wonderful! I'm looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future to have the laundry room and office space completed.

In 2006, we undertook a major renovation of our 1920-built home. Some of the best money we spent was with Chattanooga Closet Company for two closets (both in the master bedroom) and the pantry.
